What Is the Rosin‑Tech Method?

The Rosin‑Tech method is a simple, solvent‑free technique for producing potent concentrates at home.

Here is how it works: Place your dried‑cured flower, trim, kief or pollen neatly inside parchment paper.

Apply firm pressure with a heat press, typically set between 70°C‑120°C, for several minutes.

Resin rich in cannabinoids (known as rosin) will flow out, while unwanted plant material remains behind.

Why Use Rosin Filter Bags?

To deliver the highest‑quality rosin output!

Instead of wrapping plant material directly in parchment paper, load your raw material into a rosin filter bag first, then wrap the bag with parchment paper. This workflow delivers far cleaner results and simplifies post‑extraction cleanup.

Depending on your target purity level, the pressing cycle can be repeated up to four times.

Its non‑stick inner surface allows easy removal of leftover plant residue.

Manufactured from tear‑resistant, heat‑proof nylon, our rosin filter bags can withstand temperatures up to 240°C.

Key Advantages of the Rosin‑Tech Process

Safe, clean and completely solvent‑free. It eliminates the explosion risks associated with chemical‑based extraction methods.

Compared to alternative extraction technologies, this process preserves higher levels of cannabinoids and terpenes.

The final concentrate delivers stronger potency and richer flavour profiles.

Whether you are seeking more powerful effects than raw flower, or searching for a straightforward, reliable extraction workflow, this solution fits perfectly.

Recommended Micron Sizes for Cured Buds, Trim, Kief & Pollen

Your ideal micron rating depends on your production goals:

- **Flower & Trim:** 120‑micron is a well‑balanced option. It allows resin‑rich trichomes to pass through while blocking unwanted plant particles.

- **Dry‑sift, Kief & Pollen:** Choose finer filter screens of 30‑50‑micron. These specifications capture delicate trichomes efficiently, yielding cleaner, higher‑potency extracts.

> Important note: Lower‑micron filters produce higher‑purity concentrates but offer reduced yield.

Higher‑micron bags deliver larger yields with a slight reduction in final purity.

Are Rosin Filter Bags Reusable?

For consistent, premium‑quality extractions, we strongly recommend using a brand‑new filter bag for every press.

Fresh bags guarantee stable pressure distribution, reliable filtration and optimal product purity, safeguarding the quality of your finished extracts.

Re‑using filter bags carries the risk of residual contaminants left over from previous pressing cycles.
